Spencer began his career as a PGA Golf Professional in the United Kingdom before moving to Australia in 2022 to continue working in golf at Yarra Yarra Golf Club on the world-renowned Melbourne Sandbelt.

Inspired by the satisfaction of helping golfers build confidence and reach their potential, and by the strong relationships he forged with club members and clients, Spencer has since channelled that same passion into a new field — supporting lawyers in building fulfilling careers across the construction, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

Spencer partners with lawyers at various stages of their careers — from juniors finding their feet to senior associates looking for their next challenge. He takes a people-first approach, investing time to understand what truly drives his candidates and clients, and building lasting, trusted relationships that go beyond recruitment.

Whether guiding the next career move or helping someone find their best professional fit, Spencer is motivated by a simple goal: connecting people with opportunities that enable them to thrive.

Outside of work, Spencer enjoys spending time with his partner, Steph, and their puppy, Mars. He’s passionate about running and fitness — with one marathon already completed — and is a keen sports fan, particularly of cricket, soccer (a loyal Arsenal supporter), and, of course, golf.
