A qualified lawyer with a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce, Tom brings five years’ experience in legal practice and four years’ recruitment experience, giving him a rare perspective on both the profession and the market.

Before joining Sigma Executive, Tom worked as a solicitor in private practice, developing first-hand insight into the technical, commercial and personal factors that shape legal careers and hiring decisions.

Today, he partners with lawyers, law firms and organisations across Sydney, Melbourne, Perth and other key markets, supporting strategic hiring and career transitions in the insurance legal sector.
