Jackie focuses on senior search in construction, major projects, and infrastructure and has deep relationships with Partners and General Counsels across the sector. A former lawyer with more than 20 years’ experience, Jackie has worked for top-tier firms and multi-national corporations.

With her experience across industry, government, and private practice, Jackie brings a unique perspective to her role. She understands what clients need and is focused on bringing the very best people together daily.

Her mission is to help firms and companies attract and retain the best senior lawyers in the market and support senior lawyers to advance their careers.

Jackie’s practice largely focuses on building teams that thrive in the construction and energy space. Her in-house clients include tier 1 contractors John Holland, CPB and Lendlease, as well as global infrastructure companies, Acciona and Ferrovial.

Beyond her talent for identifying top performers in the legal space, Jackie offers her clients expert consultation and training in leadership, diversity, career development, and executive coaching. Her insightful market intelligence and thought leadership have made her a sought-after source in the industry.

Passionate about issues specific to women in the law, Jackie played an integral role as an Executive Board Member of Victorian Women Lawyers. She also dedicates significant time to community projects – recently coordinating volunteers around the world to make beautiful quilts for women and children escaping domestic violence.

Jackie has three leading men in her life – her fireman husband Gav and two sons, Cooper and Mason. She loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and getting creative with a sewing machine.
