At Sigma Executive, Angela specialises in assisting lawyers and law firm leadership with strategic career moves, team builds and senior appointments. Her approach is consultative and relationship driven, underpinned by a strong understanding of legal practice environments, leadership dynamics and the nuances of the insurance sector.

In parallel, Angela is also a Director of the HR division at Appreciating Talent, where she supports organisations with the recruitment of senior HR and people leaders. Across both disciplines, she is known for her discretion, integrity and ability to build long term, trusted relationships.
