David is a Director of Sigma Executive and brings over 30 years’ experience in recruitment and career management, working with senior leaders and professional services firms at the highest levels of the market.

In his role at Sigma Executive, David operates in a Partner and C‑suite facing advisory capacity, building long‑term relationships with law firm leadership and senior executives. He is highly relationship‑driven and works closely with Partners and CFOs to provide trusted guidance on executive recruitment, leadership capability and succession, supporting firms through periods of growth, change and strategic transformation.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies and began his professional career in the leisure sector, running his own ski chalet business in France. He transitioned into recruitment in 1994 with Michael Page, the leading international recruitment firm based in London, establishing a career defined by discretion, trust and long‑term client partnerships.

Outside of work, David is an avid sports enthusiast. In winter he can be found on the ski slopes, while throughout the year he enjoys time on the golf course and squash courts.
